Lead in our lipstick, banned chemicals in our cosmetics, luxury products produced under unethical conditions on our own shores and now inadequate safeguarding of our financial information. I don't know about you, but as a consumer, I'm rather fed up with the the lack of regard shown to me by conglomerates. We're in the midst of turbulent economic times and while I may not stop shopping, I do plan to spend my discretionary income wisely. To me, this entails maximizing the value of my purchases. I don't want lead in my lipstick, I don't want harmful chemicals in my cosmetics, I don't want my luxury goods tainted with human misery and if I do decide that your products or your store is worthy of my hard-earned cash, I want peace of mind when I use my credit card. You want my money, show me some respect!
