Attention Budding Fashion Designers: Miele Wants You!

If you're a regular reader of this blog and others like it, there is a better than average chance that your passion for fashion reaches beyond the level of mere interest. It may be a hobby or, like me, a near-obsession. A few of you may even nourish the dream of one day trying your hand at fashion design yourselves. Well, there's no time like the present! Miele, the German maker of home appliances and gentle laundry care specialists, is offering you the opportunity to try your hand at fashion design via The Miele Fashion Prize. The contest is organized in association with the children's medical charity Sparks. The winner will have their design created for them by the very talented Project Catwalk winner and Sparks supporter, Jasper Garvida. The winner's name will be publically announced at the Sparks celebrity Fashion Show in October 2009, where the dress will be modelled by a surprise celebrity. For terms and conditions and to download the entry form, please click here. Good luck!

Sincerely,

The Luxe Chronicles

P.S. Should one of my loyal readers be the laureate of this contest, I claim the right to the first press interview!
