Four Fabulous New Fashion Exhibits To Look Forward To!

Sep 16 2013

Sometimes, the hardest thing about taking off on holiday is coming back. Too much sun, sand and good food had me seriously questioning my work/life balance for a moment. Left to my own devices, I might have stayed away just a little bit longer but alas, the first signs of Autumn have brought me back to my senses. That and the mounting number of e-mails and items on my "To Do" list.

It's not all bleak skies and work however. While the clouds may have started rolling in over Paris and London bringing with them the damp chill of impending Winter, there are four fabulous new fashion and photography exhibits to look forward to.

Azzedine Alaïa, September 28 to January 26, 2014 at the newly refurbished Musée de la Mode, Palais Galliera, 10 avenue Pierre 1er de Serbie 75016 Paris.
Virgule, etc. … Dans les pas de Roger Vivier, October 2 to November 18, 2013 at the Palais de Tokyo, 13 avenue du Président Wilson, 75116 Paris.
Erwin Blumenfeld (1897-1969), Photographies, dessins et photomontages, October 15 to January 26, 2014 at the Musée du Jeu de Paume, 1 place de la Concorde, 75008 Paris.
Isabella Blow: Fashion Galore!, November 20 to March 2, 2014 at Somerset House, Embankment Galleries, Victoria Embankment, London, U.K.

I will be reviewing these exhibits in due course but I suggest you mark your calendars now so that you don't miss them! If ever there was a time for you to book a trip to Paris and London …
